- are questioning their relationship with alcohol or other addictive behaviours
- feel stuck in cycles of doing well and then crashing
- don’t feel comfortable in traditional recovery environments
- are navigating ADHD traits, emotional regulation, or burnout
- want support that feels steady, not intense or overwhelming
You don’t have to be “at rock bottom” to be here.
You just need to want something to change.
